    Floor

    4×6 pressure-treated runners and pressure-treated joists. The heavy-duty floor, joists 12″ on center with a 3/4″ floor, is standard on garages.

Delivery

We bring it to you and set it in place

Your building leaves our shop finished. Delivery is free within 70 miles, our tracked mover rolls it into tight spots, and we level it on blocks before we go.

  2. We price it for you

    Ask for pricing with the siding, colors and options you want. We send an exact price.

  3. We build it at our shop

    Your building is built by Amish builders at our shop in Rocky Comfort, Missouri, so there is no mess on your property.

  4. We deliver and set it

    Our delivery equipment unloads the building on the street and rolls it into place, even in tight spots. We level it on concrete blocks and you pay only for the blocks used.
